The website www.deoptres.com is an online store (e-Shop) for selling optical goods, such as prescription glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and related products and services via the Internet. It is operated by the company Alexandra Kyrkimtzi, headquartered in Thessaloniki, at 197A Vasilissis Olgas Avenue, with VAT number 173105426, registered at Tax Office Z Thessaloniki, GEMI registration number 170886406000, and supplier registry number under Article 4 §12 of Law 2251/1994: 893/12. Any user who enters and wishes to use the services of the e-shop is deemed to consent and accept unconditionally the following terms, without exception. The replacement time is determined by the time of receipt of the product at the company’s physical store, the inspection of the product by the company’s personnel and the immediate availability of the same product. The customer can be informed of the progress of the replacement using the company’s communication channels.
The customer has the right to exchange products if they have not been opened from their packaging (applies only to contact lenses and contact lens liquids), have not been used or processed within 14 calendar days of receipt. The customer must return the product exactly as received, with all its accessories, accompanying forms and packaging in perfect condition. The return of the item will only be accepted if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item. The goods upon return must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.
